The Greenfield Contest is held on Ladhill Playing Field, where bands play on a proper elevated stage. There is a 200 metres street march on Chew Valley Road, OL3 7DB to OL3 7DD.
Coaches can only enter and leave the village from the Railway station end (OL3 7JX) and can turn around on site under instruction.

Disabled parking is on Chew Valley Road next to The King William OL3 7DD. Cars must be removed at 10-00 pm and access is only from the Holmfirth end of the village.
